Finding the right counselor is often the key to treatment. Sometimes you need immediate assistance and do not have the luxury of researching potential mental health care providers or for lack of better words shopping around.

FOH offers initial assessments, short-term counseling, referral and follow-up services for: Family/relationship issues, Workplace concerns, Alcohol and drug problems, Personal and emotional difficulties, and Health and behavioral issues. If an employee requires long-term treatment, the counselor will make a referral to a community resource and follow progress where appropriate. Employees can receive immediate assistance - 24 hours per day, 365 days a year via a toll-free telephone number available from anywhere in the United States. Employees make confidential appointments with counselors who assess their needs and work with them to develop appropriate action plans
